You might be presented with a bar at the top of the browser:

Click the bar, then choose "Install ActiveX Control...".

If you get a dialog like this:

Click the "Install" button.

If nothing happens, or if you are using a browser other than Internet Explorer, click here and choose either "Open" or "Run this program from its current location". Do not choose "Download".

Note: If your problem is with popups entitled "Messenger Service", go here instead.

This online scanner was developed in partnership with FaceTime Security Labs, makers of X-Cleaner Spyware Remover. It scans for all supported "adwares" and many of the "spywares", keyloggers, and trojans that the downloadable trial version of X-Cleaner also targets.
