Category Description: A program that can secretly change your dialup connection setting so that instead of calling your local internet provider, your PC calls are routed to an expensive 0900 or international phone number.
Comment: RASDial-E is an adult content dialer that dials premium numbers and also changes browser start page.
This dialer shows license agreement when it starts, which you have to accept to run it. Once it runs, it changes the start page of browser and installs an ActiveX control.
