Problem
But I need a spyware to monitor my kids/employees!

Solution
We don't feel that way. If you are concerned that your kids spend too much time on the internet or playing games (a legitimate concern), then there is a solution that is much simpler and invades neither privacy nor trust: block the access to the applications by a timetable.

Here is a program that does exactly that:

This way, the rules are clear for everybody, and you do not need to spend each evening sifting thru spyware logs.
While it is your computer it is your children's private life. (Adults should be with small children when accessing the Internet.)
We feel the same courtesy is valid for employer-employee relationships. An investment in trust is far better then dubious spying activity which can backfire on the best of relationships. You will sleep better at night too!
